All orders placed before 2.00pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Any orders placed during Bank Holidays, or after 2.00pm GMT on the day prior, your order will be shipped out on the following business day.

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
For customers based in the United States, orders are now shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included will be displayed on the website (where the individual product or total order value is over the relevant country duty threshold). Bella Freud LTD will account to the relevant authorities for all duty payable.
GIFT WRAP
Our gift wrap option includes a signature Bella Freud gift box for, available in three sizes, items wrapped in branded tissue paper and sealed with our signature dog sticker. You also have the option of including a printed personalised gift message with your order. The invoice and price of the item will be excluded. Should you wish to return the order for any reason, you must follow our returns policy as per below. Please note we will refund/exchange your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping and gift wrap.
RETURNS POLICY
United States
We can refund any Bella Freud product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging, excluding gift wrap packaging which is exempt, as long as this arrives back with us within 14 days of delivery. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping, 5 - 10 working days from receiving your return package.

To return your order you just need your order number starting with # and the email address with which you placed the order.
We will only refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error i.e. we sent you the wrong item. We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you. Kindly note that this may be slightly longer during seasonal sales, festive season, and other exclusive launches. If there are any discrepancies in your order, please email us at customercare@bellafreud.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that you may wish to swap your item for a different size or colour. Whilst we don't offer direct exchanges, please return the item to us and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Bella Freud website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away, or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
